Design an AI support ticket routing workflow
Support routing is a classification problem with operational consequences. A ticket assigned to the wrong queue may wait longer even when the model's explanation sounds reasonable.
Define the queue policy first
Write what each queue owns, then identify priority exceptions: an account access problem, suspected fraud, and a routine billing question may need different treatment. Preserve the customer's text as data. A customer writing ignore the routing rules should not become an instruction to the classifier. Include a manual queue for requests the taxonomy cannot represent.

Try it on a small example
- Collect representative tickets with known correct destinations.
- Return category and escalation status in separate fields.
- Compare queue-level mistakes before permitting automatic assignment.
What to verify
Do not turn sentiment alone into urgency. An angry message and a time-sensitive account compromise need different policies. Start with suggested routing and human review, then automate the categories that meet your chosen error tolerance. In a Baleybots pipeline, keep interpretation in the processor and inspect the destination contract separately. Connecting a helpdesk requires a supported account integration or your own verified adapter; a generic workflow recipe is not proof of native support.
